We made coming up with viable solutions our main priority.<\/p>\n<p>Following numerous engagements with multiple stakeholders, we concluded that most NHS organisations struggled with workforce and resource planning, so we decided to get to work on the PCRT platform as a tool to help reduce unnecessary duplication to save time and money and make better use of our most valuable resources.<\/p><p>Our ultimate goal was to improve patient care and our methodology for this pilots our focus towards the training and development of staff.
